Baseline Pricing is Based on the Number of Pages

All Sales Copy & Content is thoroughly researched and written by Lattice Marketing, optimized for search engines, and targeted to your best potential customers. The baseline pricing for a website is based primarily on how much content is needed, but also on how complex the topic is.

As experts in building websites for the home service trades, common professional services and specialty medical providers, those topics fit within the baseline pricing. A website about rocket-science or other complex topics might increase the cost. 

How many pages does my website need?

When budget itself is not the deciding factor on the number of pages, the overall guide is the number of services, by keyword phrases, that you would like to rank in the search engine. Every page of a website has the potential of being the "home page," or the first page that a prospective customer lands on.

When google scans a page to decide which keywords to rank it for, it is signaled by a variety of factors, including headers and the main ideas of each paragraph. A page that is about many services is far less likely to show up in the search engine than a page that is designed to feature one service. 

The goal then, is to have a separate page for each of your most important services, and perhaps one to summarize the remainder of your services.

The most important services in any business are those that bring the highest value or ROI (Return on Investment) as well as the services that bring in the highest volume of customers. For instance, a landscaping company might have people calling frequently for lawn maintenance, which keeps them busy and steady between large jobs, (volume) and the big jobs, the slam-dunk, high ROI services might be something like excavation.

Modern websites can do much more than just display content. Terms & Frequently Asked Questions

You may pay off your site as quickly as you like, either with larger monthly payments, or a larger deposit. Maintenance and marketing add-ons may also be paid yearly/quarterly instead of monthly.
Number of Payments can be increased only by increasing the frequency of payments. For instance, you can pay weekly or bi-weekly instead of monthly. However, all websites must be paid off within a year of the first scheduled payment, or Lattice Marketing retains ownership of the website content. Domain names remain the property of the business, so long as they pay the domain registrar. If you would like a unique pay arrangement, please discuss during onboarding.
If a payment is missed or your credit or debit card is declined for any reason, you will be notified. If payment isn't made available within 45 days of the due date, your site may be turned off. If there are extenuating circumstances, please do not hesitate to communicate those with us. Communication is key in resolving payment issues. We want all our customers to be successful. Lattice Marketing retains ownership of the website content and design until the site is paid off. We offer forgiveness for one late payment, but subsequent late payments carry a 15% Late fee. No site will be deleted within a year of non-payment, so you may recover your site during that time by paying off the site. Maintenance fees will continue to be billed unless you request a pause in hosting.
Under certain circumstances, we may accept full barter or partial barter arrangements. Barter arrangements will require an exchange of invoices with clearly defined dollar amounts, marked as paid.
We do not offer maintenance plans for sites on other hosting platforms, though we can in many cases offer blog management services for sites on other hosting platforms. If your site has been paid in full within the course of a year, you may move your site. We will provide you with a link to all of your website assets as well as a the wordpress files required for migration. We can also perform the migration for a fee, starting at around $250. If you have not paid off your website within 12 months of your initial deposit or first payment, we retain ownership of the site. We will store your website for up to a year. During that time you can pay the remainder and claim your website. We cannot guarantee storage of unpaid website designs for longer than a year.
